Lead the opening and day-to-day running of the store, working with the Regional Manager and your Assistant to deliver sales performance and operational excellence. Coach and motivate the retail team, ensure Pandora’s sales methods are followed at every customer interaction, and drive results through KPI monitoring. Deliver an exceptional customer experience, manage schedules, oversee stock and inventories, and apply visual merchandising guidelines.
