Provide escalated L3 application support for the LeX platform, diagnosing and resolving complex issues through deep analysis. Support deployments and configuration changes, manage incidents, and lead root cause analysis with clear communication to stakeholders. Create technical documentation and runbooks, and drive permanent fixes with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide escalated technical support for LeX platform application issues, resolving complex problems and escalating unresolved items with detailed documentation.
•Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to maintain platform stability and performance.
•Assist in deployments and release checkouts and implement configuration changes such as rate limits and user onboardings.
•Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
•Manage incidents, conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, and recommend preventive measures or process improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in L3 support or a similar application support role.
•Strong proficiency in Java programming and application support.
•Experience troubleshooting system and application logs in distributed systems.
•Proficiency with Linux-based operating systems, commands, and utilities.
•Ability to work on Linux and distributed environments to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
