Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in advanced memory or logic node, with detailed knowledge of at least one key semiconductor process (e.g., lithography, dry etch, wet etch, CMP, thin film, diffusion, implantation, metrology).
  • •Strong understanding of process integration and its role in process health.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • •Ability to drive cross-functional technical teams and complete complex initiatives.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to influence and motivate multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
