  • •Partner with Finance to build and maintain forward-looking financial models for infrastructure capital allocation.
  • •Develop and own infrastructure unit economics, including site effectiveness, power utilization, usage mix, and revenue vs. non-revenue consumption.
  • •Define and track infrastructure efficiency KPIs and report trends to senior leadership.
  • •Conduct competitive benchmarking against peer cloud and colocation providers to inform benchmarks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in financial modeling, business operations, FP&A, or strategy, ideally in infrastructure, data centers, or cloud/hosting.
  • •Strong understanding of unit economics and capital-intensive infrastructure investment decisions.
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills and experience partnering with Finance on capital planning, budgeting, or investment analysis.
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
