Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-quarter technical initiatives for Grafana DataViz from problem framing through rollout, including user feedback and outcome measurement.
  • •Collaborate with other engineers and squads, using code reviews, design feedback, and pairing to raise the engineering bar.
  • •Participate in on-call for the services you help build and contribute to incident response and post-incident learning.
  • •Support customer escalations and identify high-friction areas to address.
  • •Represent the team’s work across squads by writing design proposals, running demos, and advocating for the roadmap.
