Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sales and partner success teams by demonstrating how ambient solutions improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
  • •Partner in demos, customer presentations, and strategic engagements to provide clinical credibility for executive-level audiences.
  • •Engage directly with prospective and current customers to articulate clinical value, answer questions, and facilitate adoption.
  • •Collect insights from prospect interactions and provide feedback to product and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements aligned to clinical needs.
  • •Represent Abridge at industry conferences and events as a clinical thought leader, and collaborate with Product on solution alignment and roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in acute care, critical care, or med-surg.
  • •Proven track record in healthcare technology roles such as Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, or Implementation Executive.
  • •Exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to clinicians, healthcare executives, and technical teams.
  • •Demonstrated executive presence when engaging and influencing senior leaders including CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CFOs.
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, and serve as a trusted clinical advisor.
