Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor approximately 50 tanks, understanding vinegar flow in and out of tanks.
  • •Monitor production efficiency by taking physical samples, checking results, and making adjustments.
  • •Monitor filtration units and pumping operations, including starting/stopping and tracking destinations and stops.
  • •Monitor nutrient levels, mix batches as needed, add them to tanks, and move mash volumes to designated feed tanks.
  • •Communicate shift change details, complete cleanup per MSS/directions, and make/close SAP entries.
