Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform safe and efficient station shift operation and maintenance, including startup and shutdown of main plant components and auxiliaries.
  • •Operate according to SOPs and site job safety standards; respond to abnormalities with corrective actions.
  • •Conduct routine plant tours to inspect equipment and provide feedback; maintain housekeeping standards.
  • •Maintain accurate shift operating logs and administrative documents (Plantlog, timesheets, work orders).
  • •Perform mechanical inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks, including preventive/predictive maintenance; support contractor/visitor safety orientations and pre-job briefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 48.94 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • •Universal Refrigerant License required.
  • •4 years’ experience operating and maintaining centrifugal chillers, compressed air, boilers, water/wastewater treatment, cooling towers, and related gas-fired equipment.
  • •Basic computer skills with MS Office; ability to read/write in English and perform basic mathematics, including familiarity with SOPs, pre-job briefs, job hazard analysis, risk assessments, and LOTO.
