Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of critical equipment across the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse.
  • •Supervise and train maintenance teams on proper work methods and safety procedures; support maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
  • •Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; develop and implement maintenance systems (e.g., preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, safety).
  • •Develop and maintain KPIs for maintenance performance and provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
  • •Ensure USDA regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory; assume responsibility for required tasks in the absence of key personnel.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or by managing a process or project.
  • •Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting for high-level process issues.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office; may be required to work long hours and weekends.
