Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and analyze budgets, unit price lists, equipment line items, direct and indirect labor, local administration, provisional installations and BDI.
  • •Coordinate cost control and monitor planned vs. actual expenditures to ensure adherence to the budget.
  • •Participate in value engineering sessions and prepare change requests.
  • •Develop criteria for measuring progress with suppliers and collect cost market data.
  • •Produce cash flow forecasts for internal and client purposes and issue weekly cost reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation in Civil Engineering or related fields;
  • •Proficiency with office software;
  • •Proficiency with COMPOR 90 system;
  • •Proficiency with Ms Project;
  • •(Preferred) experience in cost engineering or infrastructure projects
