Key Responsibilities

  • •Exemplify Amcor behaviors and ensure only quality product is released to the customer.
  • •Monitor production execution against the schedule; walk the floor and perform required attribute/dimensional/functional testing per frequency.
  • •Collect samples, record results, complete in-process verifications and document checks, including first-shot verifications.
  • •Identify non-conforming product, apply “Hold” labels, update the hold log, and monitor concerns for resolution with escalation as needed.
  • •Maintain safety and housekeeping standards and communicate ongoing concerns between shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; plastic manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • •Technical background and/or experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.
  • •Good computer skills and ability to use measuring devices such as height gages and calipers.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
