•Oversee onboarding of new loan purchases to subservicers and maintain open item reporting with follow and resolution dates.
•Request and review quarterly credit score reporting, analyze declining/missing scores, and report to internal staff.
•Manage MERS reconciliations, including monthly reconciliation, TOB/TOS requests, and annual audit support.
•Review and order valuations for defaulted loans, research taxes/insurance/escrow activity, and support mortgage subservicer oversight and audits.

•Intermediate knowledge of residential loan servicing terminology and related activities.
•Knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations and lending policies (including fair lending, privacy, and RESPA).
•Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
