Job Summary

As Project Manager for R&D Government Programs, you’ll coordinate complex, collaboration-driven initiatives with government and post-secondary partners, oversee scoping, eligibility analyses, financial forecasting, claim preparation, and audits, and translate technical findings into actionable reports for leadership. You’ll help prepare business cases, support program reviews, and foster CAE’s remote/hybrid R&D partnerships across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and manage multiple complex collaboration programs on quarterly and annual basis, including scoping, eligibility analysis, financial forecasting, claim preparation, and audits
•Analyze trends, forecasts and statistics for the R&D portfolio and consolidate findings into management reports
•Support program reviews, negotiations, and audits with internal and external stakeholders including governmental and non-governmental organizations
•Participate in preparing business cases for opportunities aligned with CAE’s growth strategies
•Support management of innovation-driven collaborations and initiatives with post-secondary institutions across Canada

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in engineering, management, finance, law or related domains
•Experience in data analysis, including working with large volumes of structured and unstructured datasets
•Scientific curiosity and interest in cutting-edge technological developments
•Strong analytical skills and ability to abstract and summarize
•Excellent communication and writing skills. Bilingual (French and English)
