Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide the architecture and technology solutions underpinning Reckitt’s endpoints infrastructure to deliver a high performing end user experience as part of Reckitt’s Digital Workplace.
  • •Own and be the focal point for this internal product used daily by 35k+ employees and partners.
  • •Define the product roadmap and required capabilities.
  • •Understand the technical landscape and involve the correct SMEs as required.
  • •Create, review and approve design changes; oversee support and maintenance including outsourced teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant technical IT experience.
  • •At least 5 years hands-on experience with MS Intune at scale (more than 10k users).
  • •Deployment and management of Windows 10/11 in large, geographically spread organizations (15k devices or more).
  • •Deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Apps using MS Intune/Office Portal; Windows Autopilot; licensing SKUs; Identity and application access (Active Directory / Azure AD).
  • •Experience working in remote / virtual global teams with diverse geographic project delivery; managing outsourced/offshore project and support teams; fluent in English.
