Job Summary

Manage and nurture Birlasoft’s partnerships with AWS by running leadership discussions, tracking weekly/monthly/QBR action items, and maintaining GTM trackers. Drive AWS adoption for sales and project teams through training and certification campaigns with Birlasoft’s LnD team. Provide market intelligence on cloud and AWS, collaborate with internal and AWS vertical teams for joint GTM initiatives, and coordinate partnership agreements with legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage partnership cadence and periodical discussions with AWS partner and leadership stakeholders.
•Track and drive action items across weekly, monthly, and QBR calls with AWS stakeholders.
•Enable AWS adoption by partnering with Birlasoft LnD on training and certification drives for sales and project teams.
•Monitor global AWS alliance and individual GTM trackers to ensure movement of agreed actions and plans.
•Collaborate with AWS and internal HBU/VBUs on joint GTM developments, maintain relationships with key AWS stakeholders, and support partnership agreements with legal teams.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience driving cloud business with partners.
•Experience managing AWS (or other CSP) organizations.
•Good technical background with solution development experience.
•Strong partner ecosystem connections.
•Cloud-provider certification is an added advantage; strong business acumen and team-player mindset.
