Job Summary

Join the R&D lab supporting concrete product development and quality evaluation. You will assist with test material handling, concrete/mortar testing, sample preparation, and safety/compliance in a collaborative environment with engineers and sales teams to drive product development and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform and support concrete and mortar testing in collaboration with engineers, including preparation, weighing, mixing, testing, and cleanup
•Manage test materials: receiving, storage, preparation, disposal, and data management of material properties
•Prepare samples for clients (chemistry admixtures), including weighing, mixing, coordination with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery
•Maintain laboratory safety, PPE usage, waste handling, and compliance with environment, health and safety standards
•Operate and maintain test equipment; conduct routine cleaning and calibration, manage raw materials and consumables inventory

Key Requirements

•Must be able to perform basic tasks carefully and work well in a team
•Willingness to work in a lab environment and follow procedures
•Preferred background in science/engineering or materials testing
•Forklift license is a plus
