New Product Transition (NPT) Manufacturing Engineer

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, process sequences, and operating standards for parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies during new product transitions. Partner with engineering teams to coordinate releases, manage engineering change requests, estimate costs and time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements. Apply DFx to reduce cost and improve quality, perform test procedure development support, analyze operational/test data, and lead root-cause and corrective actions including P-FMEA for assembly/test issues.
