Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage bank account strategy, including optimizing account structure for EU/US growth and overseeing account opening, changes, and closures.
  • •Supervise daily bank account operations to ensure timely account onboarding aligned to project timelines.
  • •Manage bank and payment channel account authorizations and approve access for relevant stakeholders.
  • •Run daily cash management operations for EU/US, including fund transfers, liquidity risk management, FX trading/quotation, and related risk controls.
  • •Oversee safeguarding operations from a liquidity-management perspective and develop/improve SOPs to meet internal control, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in financial institutions, leading payment companies, or fintech lending, focused on treasury and cash management.
  • •Knowledge of liquidity management procedures from both corporate and bank perspectives.
  • •Understanding of fund settlement and clearing systems in major countries, including central bank clearing rules and regulatory requirements.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • •Ability to work self-driven under stress (preferred).
