Job Summary

Lead SME business relationship management and client acquisition across a designated region, driving targeted portfolio KPIs and supporting short- and long-term SME strategy. Build a structured, repeatable relationship management approach, oversee team execution, monitor portfolio performance and customer risk, and ensure compliance with credit and operational risk policies. Track market trends and share best practices to adjust sales and service models and capitalize on opportunities.

•Acquire new clients and service existing clients while managing costs to achieve targeted portfolio KPIs and SME strategy.
•Build a structured, replicable relationship management strategy for the region and lead the team to execute it for excellent client relationship management.
•Monitor portfolio performance to manage customer risk profiles and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines for credit and operational risk.
•Observe market trends and best practices (inside/outside the UAE) to adjust sales model and practices, exploit opportunities, and prevent potential losses.
•Manage self and the team in line with people management policies and set team objectives, manage performance, develop the team, and provide feedback.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Experience using banking applications and tools.
•Sound analytical, negotiation, decision-making, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
