Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute node execution strategy with DC Operations and 3PL partners to deliver SLA/COTIF targets, cost efficiency, and quality metrics.
  • •Own end-to-end volume planning and execution alignment, optimizing allocations against DC capacity constraints and deploying flexibility levers.
  • •Lead capacity planning and visibility, including monthly forecasts, daily processing plans, available capacity, risk management, and KPI performance.
  • •Design and implement integrated labor planning and staffing models to maximize productivity and capacity utilization.
  • •Oversee 3PL governance and performance management, drive continuous improvement, and lead annual budgeting and forecast processes.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant work experience and/or training, with strong distribution or manufacturing operations leadership experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of end-to-end planning processes across Distribution, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills and strong analytical/logical thinking for distribution planning operations.
  • •Proven ability to achieve goals, objectives, and deadlines in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • •Fluent in English (oral and written).
