Payroll clerk

Manage the company’s end-to-end payroll process for timely, accurate employee pay. Calculate wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions while ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations. Maintain payroll records for employee lifecycle changes, verify timesheets and attendance, respond to payroll inquiries, and prepare regular payroll reports in collaboration with HR and Finance. Handle sensitive information with discretion and meet strict deadlines.
