Job Summary

Senior Product Manager/Director responsible for driving institutional client growth at OKX, managing market maker and VIP programs, and delivering credit and lending products for hedge funds, asset managers, and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities

•Define product strategy and drive end-to-end delivery for assigned institutional product lines (e.g., VIP loans, market maker programs, delayed settlement; fund management tools) in collaboration with Sales/BD and Relationship Management.
•Design and optimize VIP fee tier programs, market maker incentive structures, and institutional client retention strategies; manage the product lifecycle end-to-end.
•Gather and prioritise requirements using data-driven analysis; manage onboarding, activation, engagement, upsell, and retention for institutional clients and translate pain points into roadmap priorities with clear business impact.
•Collaborate with engineering, risk, and product teams to drive both technical and financial product requirements; build and maintain products with end-to-end risk management and operational workflows.
•Develop metrics and KPIs to track progress and guide roadmap decisions; balance feature delivery with technical debt and backlog management to optimise workflows.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch throughout its lifecycle; able to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes; institutional credit products experience preferred (e.g., margin lending, secured financing, delayed settlement, or credit line structures)
•Proven experience engaging directly with institutional clients — conducting business reviews, gathering requirements on-site, and translating client pain points into product roadmap priorities in a B2B institutional environment
•Experience with institutional credit products (VIP Loan, Credit Line, Post-Trade Settlement) is preferred
•Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively; strong written and verbal skills for producing high-quality documents, plans, roadmaps and presentations with impact; comfortable working across time zones and cultural contexts
•Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance or related discipline
