Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
  • •Provide technical expertise while connecting with customers as the face of Vivint.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record, with ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements.
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders (up to 14 feet) while working in confined spaces.
  • •Experience installing or servicing technology (e.g., cable/satellite install, construction, solar, or similar) is helpful.
  • •Sales mindset, including experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales.
