Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product vision and roadmap for enterprise data management, data platform, and data processing products aligned to enterprise data strategy.
  • •Collaborate with business, data, analytics, and technology stakeholders to develop and communicate product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • •Partner with solution architects, data architects, data engineers, and software engineers to define and maintain Non-Functional Requirements across quality, scalability, security, governance, and performance.
  • •Support portfolio flow through Kanban into the product backlog and reprioritize with the Product Owner based on business and customer/data needs.
  • •Coordinate Agile/SAFe execution (PI Planning, scrums, sprint planning/reviews/retrospectives), demos, and success measurement using adoption, data quality, platform performance, and processing efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • •5+ years’ experience as a Technical Product Manager designing and launching technical products.
  • •Preferably hands-on experience in data engineering, data architecture, enterprise data platforms, or data processing solutions.
  • •Ability to engage credibly on data platform, integration, governance, and technical design decisions while aligning the roadmap to enterprise data strategy.
  • •Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM) is desirable; experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, and Lean Portfolio Management is desirable.
