Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide primary manufacturing support for process and product issues, including quality, material, and machine repair.
  • •Ensure operation of production machinery by completing preventive maintenance, following manuals/diagrams, and troubleshooting malfunctions.
  • •Support production line repairs for process equipment.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and Operations on continuous improvement, including scrap reduction and FPY improvement.
  • •Perform JBS (job breakdown sheets) and Standard Work audits; support QMS by meeting quality objectives and customer requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
  • •Experience with electronic circuit board troubleshooting (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook).
  • •LOTO training and experience.
  • •Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
