Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop capital plans and manage portfolio execution for Facilities projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Partner with the client site lead to define scope, resource needs, cost estimates and budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, and quality/risk identification.
  • •Coordinate project delivery resourcing, including RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommendations to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
  • •Direct and mentor the project delivery team, create action plans, track progress and variances, and develop risk mitigation/contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with at least 5 years of proven experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Preferred designations: LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.
  • •General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, including the ability to read architectural drawings.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and strong interpersonal skills.
