Central Contract Coordination Team Leader (Poznan, PL)

Lead the Central Contract Coordination (CCC) team within the Purchase to Pay department, supporting the Integrated Supply Chain Centre. You will oversee daily operations for maintaining Outline Agreements in SAP and approving price discrepancy invoices, manage a team of 10 coordinators, and collaborate with Procurement stakeholders and suppliers. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy, ensure resource optimization, and provide coaching, capability building, and accountability for team initiatives.
