Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technical delivery of a complex solution spanning multiple ARTs, domains, and teams to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • •Align PI goals, manage inter-team dependencies, and track milestone progress across ARTs and teams using centralized visibility (e.g., Jira dashboards/program board).
  • •Proactively resolve conflicts and escalate risks/blockers to maintain delivery momentum and commitment timelines.
  • •Ensure code/configuration readiness and adherence to quality standards for scheduled delivery.
  • •Perform production readiness validation, including smoke test execution and readiness assessments, and report risks/testing metrics to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Experience in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) or large enterprise delivery models.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of strong delivery experience in a dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and deliverables.
  • •Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and observability/monitoring platforms.
  • •Be fluent in Italian & English.
