Lead strategic procurement and sourcing initiatives across supply categories to deliver total value of ownership. Own category/commodity strategy, supplier relationship governance, negotiations, and contract execution while driving cost savings, required quality, and service levels. Build business cases using spend analytics, should-cost and ROI models, RFP response analysis, and supplier scorecards. Partner with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive continuous improvement beyond cost.
