Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure BCM, MIM, and BCIM lifecycle controls operate per procedures, standards, and local regulations.
  • •Execute control monitoring and manage identified issues with prioritized mitigating actions.
  • •Provide expert support for business continuity obligations (BIA, BCP, BCE), including use and content quality in BCMNow and SECOM/Everbridge.
  • •Enable major incident response by maintaining MIM controls, conducting training/exercises, performing threat monitoring, and executing emergency notifications.
  • •Lead OpsRes-related BCIM deliverables, supporting IBS mapping analysis, test planning, and compliance with local regulation and HSBC guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in risk or control management.
  • •Subject matter expert with a proven track record managing Business Continuity and Incident Management programs.
  • •Experience managing incidents, training senior executives, and facilitating crisis exercises.
  • •Strong understanding of global and local Business Continuity and Incident Management requirements.
  • •Ability to translate global, regional, and local priorities into direct local activities.
