Operations Superintendent

Lead day-to-day underground mining operations at Grosvenor Mine by coordinating mining activities and resources to deliver the annual mining plan safely and efficiently. Build, lead, and develop operational crews, drive continuous improvement as the on-shift focal point, and partner with Maintenance and Engineering to improve equipment availability and reliability. Ensure compliance across safety, technical, operating, and business systems while shaping a mine restart with leading-edge technology.
