Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate professionally with dealers and consumers and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • •Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, tear, neglect, damage, missing parts, previous repair, and structural damage.
  • •Complete vehicle inspections promptly and accurately, including imaging and uploading results.
  • •Capture data accurately on a mobile device and submit completed condition reports using provided technology.
  • •Maintain productivity, keep equipment and tools properly, and complete road tests if required.
