Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and continuously enhance innovation portfolio governance frameworks, prioritization models, and investment criteria.
  • •Align innovation investments with business strategy, transformation priorities, and long-term value creation objectives.
  • •Evaluate and prioritize innovation opportunities by strategic fit, value potential, risk, scalability, and feasibility; develop business cases for funding decisions.
  • •Define and implement portfolio performance and value realization measures, monitoring outcomes and optimizing the portfolio based on insights and impact.
  • •Build and manage a sustainable innovation pipeline across maturity levels, accelerate progression of high-potential concepts, and coordinate stakeholders to resolve dependencies and execution risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, Innovation Management, or a related discipline.
  • •10–12 years of progressive experience in innovation management, strategy execution, technology portfolio management, PMO, or transformation environments.
  • •Experience supporting strategic investment decisions and portfolio governance, including value realization initiatives.
  • •Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder environments.
  • •Preference for experience in mining, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or other technology-intensive sectors.
