Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Australia Production team for regional Fever Originals productions, creating a supportive environment and developing team members.
  • •Assess regional projects, assigning production work to team members and freelancers as needed, and track progress against deliverables.
  • •Provide production expertise during feasibility and planning, including venue preparation, procurement, permits, insurance, and technical validation.
  • •Own budget and cost control: monitor budgets, manage build costing, and proactively identify potential cost overruns.
  • •Coordinate production operations such as kit movement, trucking plans, and cross-loading between sites; communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and internal directors.
