DIEZ | Assistant Director - Leasing

Oversee and manage the Lease section to ensure smooth delivery of leasing services for clients while meeting operational objectives. Lead day-to-day personnel/project operations, improve efficiency through operational and financial performance monitoring, and implement business strategy milestones. Manage and amend lease contracts and primary data, retain and expand client relationships, and produce accurate executive reporting with KPIs and partnership documentation. Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.
