Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage the Lease section to ensure smooth delivery of leasing services to clients while meeting role responsibilities.
  • •Manage day-to-day operations of controlled personnel or projects to achieve set objectives and timelines.
  • •Ensure contract services are managed in line with the contract management plan, including coordinating contract-related data and amending contracts as regulations change.
  • •Implement client communication strategy, professionally manage and retain current clients, and expand the client database to maximize ROI.
  • •Support executive reporting preparation and maintain KPI and partnership documentation trackers while ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • •Master’s degree or relevant professional certification in Real Estate, Property Management, Contract Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in leasing, property management, contract administration, or client relationship management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • •Strong knowledge of lease administration, contract management, and client servicing practices.
  • •Experience managing commercial and/or industrial property portfolios and familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and leasing processes.
