Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously curate a talent map for your domain, including product market briefs, target lists, and competitive intelligence.
  • •Maintain complete data integrity on market engagement, learnings, and search activity to drive analyses.
  • •Drive engagement strategies for sovereign commercial leaders, AI research scientists/engineers, and other niche roles, including referrals, event curation, and conference attendance.
  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search criteria, deliver high-quality leads, qualify candidates, and represent Reflection in the market.
  • •Build and ship tooling and agent workflows for recruiting leverage, drive adoption, and measure impact across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of sourcing or talent research experience for highly specialized, low-availability talent pools, such as sovereign sales GTM or AI/ML research and engineering.
