Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day Workday configuration, including business processes, security groups/roles, custom reports, calculated fields, and tenant settings.
  • •Build and run EIB loads for data changes, mass updates, and audits.
  • •Own the twice-yearly Workday release cycle by evaluating new features, regression-testing, and rolling out changes safely.
  • •Shadow the implementation build, then take over tenant ownership at go-live.
  • •Monitor Workday integrations and triage issues with IT teams, vendors, and payroll configuration support with Accounting.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years administering a live Workday tenant in-house (customer side, not consulting).
  • •Deep Workday HCM core experience, including business process configuration, security administration, and report writing.

  • •Experience shipping multiple Workday releases and testing/regression practices for safe rollouts.
