Key Responsibilities

Salary: USD 55,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in architecture, engineering, construction management, facilities management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • •0–3 years of experience in building evaluation, field inspection, or construction operations with working understanding of major building systems (MEP, fire and life safety, structural, building envelope, material handling).
  • •Experience with onsite data collection or field auditing is highly desired.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity and precision; ability to translate technical observations into usable data.
  • •Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook) and advanced proficiency with mobile technology and data collection applications.
