Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • •Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and collaboration.
  • •Oversee project budgets by monitoring expenses to maintain financial control within allocated budget.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address delays or changes to ensure timely completion.
  • •Ensure quality and compliance with specifications, codes, regulations, and safety protocols; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, and 2 years GCC experience (plus).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Proficiency with project planning, scheduling, and cost/job cost accounting, including construction budgeting and financial control.
  • •Knowledge of contracts administration and professional client management/interaction.
  • •Technical proficiency with building management tools; experience with MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and ERP (preferably SAP).
