Head of Compute

Own the compute strategy for model training, research, and customer workloads, including allocating compute and sourcing GPU capacity. Build and execute plans to rent, partner, or own GPUs while optimizing for cost, reliability, and flexibility under GPU scarcity. Take end-to-end responsibility for compute economics—vendor negotiations, contracts, capacity planning, and utilization—and partner with research, product, finance, and leadership to translate roadmaps into concrete compute requirements and long-term investment decisions.
