Job Summary

Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software licenses, maintaining an accurate assets inventory and running regular audits. Track and evaluate license usage against justified business needs using an assessment management system, processing user requests and providing monthly status reporting. Coordinate cross-functional activities for asset allocation across portfolios and geographies, support onboarding/offboarding, and define ITAM standards, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain IT assets using a centralized IT Asset Management database/repository for hardware, software, equipment, and licenses.
•Manage the ITAM lifecycle for an assigned portfolio, including software assets, licensing terms, and allocation across products/services and geographies.
•Lead cross-functional efforts to develop and maintain an accurate and complete asset inventory and perform regular audits.
•Manage license, warranty, and service agreement information, including support for contract renewals and licensing true-ups.
•Oversee asset management lifecycle activities from requisition through disposal, including PC lifecycle planning and onboarding/offboarding support.

Key Requirements

•3 years of experience in IT asset management, preferably in a Free Trade Zone environment.
•Expert proficiency in English (C1 or C2) and strong communication skills for working with external vendors.
•Expert proficiency in maintaining IT asset management processes, including documenting procedures and processes.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Post-secondary degree strongly preferred.
