Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while following compliance, security, audit, and BSA/AML and federal regulatory standards
  • •Educate clients on mobile banking capabilities such as remote deposit capture and contactless payments
  • •Act as a first-line consultant by listening to customers’ needs and pairing them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
  • •Maintain a welcoming, community-focused presence in a fast-moving branch environment
  • •Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50-mile radius and adapt to flexible scheduling requirements
