Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to support project delivery and client outcomes.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip and forecast/update milestones.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are used, ensuring best practices across projects.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly and manage supplier interfaces via trackers and reviews.
  • •Produce formal status reports; provide technical support including rapid RFI response and independent review of drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •5-7 years of relevant project management experience working with mechanical systems in the built environment.
  • •Background in design or construction with mechanical or BMS controls experience.
  • •Experience supporting quality control processes of mechanical vendor equipment, OR commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment in mission critical data centers.
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents (e.g., specifications, contract drawings, equipment submittals, and RFIs) and using tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, and Smartsheets.
