Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead NPI procurement activities for sheet metal mechanical components in support of major design milestones.
  • •Serve as project procurement manager, coordinating between MECH suppliers and engineering teams.
  • •Track BOM structure and part numbers, release forecasts and demand orders, and negotiate delivery schedules.
  • •Manage schedule changes based on design status to secure project schedules and support time-to-market goals.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes (e.g., sheet metal, die casting, plastic injection mold, CNC, NCT, MIM) and drive issue resolution through completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business/Industrial Engineering Management/Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • •Proven industry experience in ODM/OEM manufacturing or server system solutions.
  • •Strong supplier management and project procurement skills to support NPI processes and new product introductions.
  • •Knowledge of BOM structure and design processes for server and rack environments.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel (pivots, V-Lookups) and PowerPoint; English proficiency; bilingual Mandarin preferred.
