Job Summary

Lead the MEAA people strategy for a fast-paced events business, partnering with executive leadership to drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational design. Own performance management, learning and leadership development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives, including DEI and well-being. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, HR operations, compliance with labor laws, employee relations, and HR analytics to enable data-informed workforce decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement the organization’s HR strategy aligned to business goals, growth plans, and evolving workforce needs.
•Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, leading organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and succession planning.
•Own talent acquisition and workforce planning, including employer branding, improved recruitment processes, and building talent pipelines.
•Lead performance and talent management, including performance reviews, calibration, talent assessments, career progression, and internal mobility programs.
•Oversee HR operations and compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, and HR technology/digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
•Professional HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, SPHR, CHRP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
•15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7–10 years in senior HR leadership roles managing and leading a team.
•Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership on organizational strategy and acting as a strategic business partner.
•Strong exposure to multi-country HR management across the Middle East, including deep understanding of UAE labor laws and regional employment regulations.
