Key Responsibilities

•Shape the technical narrative for Kong’s AI connectivity products and develop positioning, messaging, and content for AI platform engineers, architects, and enterprise buyers
•Become a hands-on product expert across Kong’s AI connectivity portfolio; gain fluency in underlying protocols (REST, MCP, event streaming) and AI patterns
•Develop and maintain technical content including solution briefs, white papers, demo narratives, battlecards, and keynote stories to articulate Kong’s differentiation
•Act as a thought leader in the AI infrastructure and API management space; represent Kong in analyst briefings, industry events, and conferences
•Collaborate with Product to shape the AI roadmap by bringing market intelligence, user feedback, and competitive insights into prioritization

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 171,430 - 281,635 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in technical product marketing, technical product management, or solutions engineering—ideally at an AI/ML platform company
•Hands-on interest in AI infrastructure and governance; ability to speak credibly to AI platform engineers
•Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into narratives for technical practitioners and C-suite buyers
•Track record of product launches, sales enablement materials, and competitive intelligence programs
•Highly collaborative; experience working across Product, Marketing, Field, and Developer Relations
