Job Summary

Join an agile delivery team building and supporting mission-critical software for the Guardian call-taking & dispatching platform used by UK and Europe emergency services. You’ll develop frontend and backend capabilities to a high standard—design, development, technical documentation, and testing—working closely with developers, Product Manager, and Software Test Engineers. The Guardian suite team is distributed across the UK with hubs in Glasgow, Leicester, and Hemel, and daily work is remote and often asynchronous.

Key Responsibilities

•Work in an agile software delivery team with developers, the Product Manager, and Software Test Engineers.
•Develop and support mission-critical software, including design, development, technical documentation, and testing.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose and resolve issues.
•Innovate across the Guardian portfolio by helping refine core call-taking and dispatching offerings.
•Lead development for an expansion product within the Guardian team.
