  • •Perform pre-operational checks and keep equipment clean, lubricated, and properly refilled.
  • •Assist the Plant Manager in coordinating materials handling and equipment usage.
  • •Apply knowledge of heavy equipment capabilities and safe operation practices in maintenance and construction tasks.
  • •Keep records and communicate effectively through oral or written reports.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in public works maintenance and/or construction, including 1 year operating a variety of heavy equipment (or a comparable related experience).

  • •Conduct pre-operational checks; clean, lubricate, and refill equipment as required.
  • •Maintain a safe driving record and have a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to keep records and make oral or written reports, including basic arithmetic computations.
