Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn all aspects of the Customer Delivery Specialist role, including safe and efficient operation of the delivery vehicle.
  • •Conduct pre-post-trip inspections according to DOT requirements and report problems to the Fleet department.
  • •Safely drive and maneuver trucks and follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
  • •Service scheduled customers by end of shift, deliver product, and execute deliveries on promotions.
  • •Unload, merchandise, and rotate products in accounts while maintaining positive relationships and obtaining required signatures for invoice settlement.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Valid Driver’s License.
  • •Must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to first day of employment.
  • •Must be able to obtain a CDL permit by the 15th business day (and within 45 business days from hire) if CDL is not currently held.
  • •Perform basic financial calculations and have strong customer satisfaction focus with good oral and written communication skills.
