Key Responsibilities

  • •Support KYC processes through back-office case management and inbound/outbound card member servicing.
  • •Review supporting documentation, investigate account activity, and accurately update systems of record.
  • •Assist Consumer, Small Business, and Corporate clients with KYC Refresh requirements and processes while partnering with Compliance and internal teams.
  • •Gather and document evidence for investigations and regulatory requirements, and prepare Compliance Referrals when required.
  • •Maintain accurate case records while adhering to regulatory, compliance, and Customer First standards.
